Motivation!!! Group fitness offers a great way to get fit and healthy by being motivated and inspired by instructors and other students.
Group Fitness is ideal because:

-Burn more calories and fat, while boosting you metabolism, increasing your energy and improving your endurance.
No children under 12 are going to be allowed at Z-Fitness. Parents will have to make arrangements for their children if they want to work out. We don't have childcare at this time.
